What are my chances of getting accepted at Penn State's College of Engineering?

My SAT is 1200 out of 1600 (I know its really low, I’m not good at standardize testing)
My GPA is 4.0 weighted and unweighted
took 5 AP classes

If my chances are low, should I apply as undecided? Thanks.

Are you sure? Or do you mean your school doesn’t do weighting or something? Because if you have a 4.0 UW and took AP classes, generally that means your weighted GPA would be higher.

When weighted my grades would be 101, would that be a 4.0?

Don’t try to convert them into a 4.0 scale – just give the numbers if that’s how your school does GPA.
