What are my chances of getting accepted at Syracuse University this Fall 2010?

I'm a college student now in the Philippines. I'm applying as a transfer student for the fall semester. I only have one semester's worth of grades so I will need to send my SAT scores and high school grades. I am still taking the SATs on May 1 and my problem is that Syracuse is continuously accepting transfer students throughout the spring and summer but then only on a space-available basis. I'm targeting a major offered in Newhouse and I know that they will only evaluate my application once all my requirements have been sent. What are my chances?

-My high school grades were inconsistent (they started really low during my freshman year but became above average starting sophomore year until my senior year)
-I have great extra-curricular activities: badminton varsity for 4 years, head cheerleader for 2 years, cheerleader since 6th grade, officer of a school organization during my senior year, member of that organization for 4 years (we build homes for the homeless in our country and we teach children), member of a youth group that fights for the preservation of the traditional values of a filipino family), class vice president (senior year), World Youth Day 08 delegate, Equestrienne.
-Im pretty confident that I will do well in the SATs (since I've already had a semester of college)

I heard that international students have an edge because the universities are aiming for diversity therefore there are bigger chances for international students to gain admission. Plus, I'm not applying for financial aid. My parents will be paying for full tuition. Think I have a good chanve?
