What are my chances of getting accepted to these universities?

Hi, I am an international student that have completed up to AS Levels with 4A's and 1B, also achieving A* in A Level Math one year earlier.
I have taken the SAT 2 subject test in October with score
Math Level 2: 760
Physics: 770

I am unsure whether to do my SAT or ACT, the reason for that is I don't think i can get high scores in SAT as my English is not good enough, I would rather do the science exams in ACT. But i have heard that it is preferable for international students to take the SAT. I would like to know which one is better to take?

I have applied for Mechanical Engineering to these universities for early action:

University of Minnesota - Twin Cities

Ohio State University

Purdue University

Iowa State University

North Carolina State University

Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University

SUNY at Buffalo

I would like to know what are my chances of getting into these universities. Also I want to know what are my chances of getting a scholarship to any of these.

You won’t get into any of them unless you hurry up and register for some tests. Your SAT subject tests are excellent, and the colleges will be somewhat forgiving if your verbal scores aren’t strong, but you need to submit either the SAT I or ACT scores. I think all the schools on your list require them, but you would need to check. It would be good to try both tests, in case you perform better on one than on the other, but you probably only have one chance at this point. Have you also taken TOEFL?

You need to take the SAT or ACT for admission and for merit scholarship consideration.

Some of those schools don’t award merit to internationals, so check with each schools’ website.

Purdue has a Nov 1 deadline (tomorrow) and I don’t think it awards to int’ls.
