what are my chances of getting accepted into long beach state next year? i have a 3.3 gpa and a 1660 sat score. thanks!

If you live in Long Beach, you are a shoe in. If you live in a California, but a different city, you need to raise that GPA and SAT score a bit to become competitive. If you are out of state, your chances are slit to none regardless of your stats since CSULB caters specifically to California students.

how much as in a bit for gpa and sat scores?

With at least a 3.5 GPA, I think you’d be able to get in. What part of California are you from?

I had a 3.3 and a 1780 SAT from out of area and was waitlisted then rejected. You need to raise your stats. You should apply to CSU Fullerton as well because it’s pretty close to LB and it’s a little easier to get into. :)
