<p>Hey so I'm just about to start my junior year of high school, and I just wanted someone to review my chances of getting in/to know any tips people have for getting into NYU tisch (theatre arts)</p>

<li><p>What sort of SAT score should I have? (My goal is 2000 but that might be difficult for me to achieve...)</p></li>
<li><p>My GPA for Sophomore year was a 3.5 (Not very high I must say), so what should I aim for junior year to bring my average GPA up? Im particularly weak in math :( but im planning on getting straight As and maybe a B/B- in math, is that okay if im applying for the art part of the school? haha.</p></li>

<p>EC's: I've been on student government all 3 years of high school, and Im planning on running for student council president my senior year. I am in my schools Dance Company and Drama Club, and I've gotten a few leads in school musicals/plays as well as some community theatre productions. I just did a 6 week internship with a performing arts academy in my home town of MAUI HAWAII babaaay (haha) working with younger kids in a summer musical workshop (I basically played drama games and did alot of tech work including running sound) and I probably could get some good recommendations.</p>
<p>Sorry if this is quite detailed but this is my DREAM SCHOOL and i want to make sure I do everything I Can to prepare for applying. So anything you can do to help me is greatly appreciated.</p>
