What are my chances of getting in as a transfer?

<p>I'm applying to the Business program.</p>

<p>I have a 3.0 cumulative GPA since 1999. I'm returning to school now and my "bad" grades are almost 10 years old. Currently at the JC I'm at, my GPA is 3.7 and will increase after this semester. I've also been an intern for 18 months at a Fortune 50 company, plus other unrelated work experience since I'm older. At the end of this summer, I will have completed all my lower level major requirements and general ed.</p>

<p>Also, personal statement...any Chapman specific tips? What does Chapman look for?</p>
