What are my chances of getting in Georgetown?

Getting accepted into Georgetown has been my biggest dream, I want to study International Relations and Security Studies.
I slacked off a lot in ninth grade, but I have gotten perfect scores sophomore and junior and I will be starting senior year soon and will keep this streak. I will take the ACT, SAT, and TOEFL Ive already started studying so I will do my best and aim for high scores.
Do you think the following scores would look good on my curriculum?
GPA: 3.4
ACT: 33
SAT: 2150
I have many extracurricular activities in many sports, tennis, voleyball, soccer, and model UN.
Does it help I took IB courses? and IB wise I ended with 39 points over 45.
I was one of the head volunteers that helped raise funds for families in the Philippines affected by typhoon Haiyan recently.
I also speak seven languages fluently if it means anything.
English, Portuguese, German, Spanish, Russian, Arabic and Pashto and speak some Hebrew.

Would they consider me?
I really want to get in; with DC being the capital of the US and studying my major it seems ideal, I will do my best in the essays, interviews, etc.

Would you recommend me other universities that are Georgetown level or have a high reputation with International studies, i'd like to have some alternatives.

I’m an international student.

Some colleges don’t look at your freshman year or factor it into your cumulative GPA. Do you know if Georgetown does?

I can’t find any information that says otherwise so I believe it does take freshman year into account.

I can’t seem to find their average freshman weighted/unweighted GPAs. But based on the fact that the average Georgetown freshman was in the 95th+ percentile at their high school, and the fact that I don’t think 3.4 GPAs, unweighted or weighted, are at the 95th percentile (I could be wrong about this), I think your GPA is on the low side. Basically everything else on your transcript looks great. While there’s no harm in applying (you might just get in), I don’t think you’ll get in simply because there are people out there with the ECs and SATs/ACTs that you do, and they have a higher GPA.

I would say it is a bit of a reach. Your GPA and SAT scores would be a little low. Buy the SAT blue book and take all of the practice tests (yes, all of them) and make sure you get a good score.
