What are my chances of getting in to UW-Seattle

Hello, I'm an upcoming senior and go to Inglemoor Highschool in Washington State... I have an unweighted GPA of 3.798 and an SAT score of 1670 (taking it one more time). I took Pre-IB English and History in 10th grade. In 11th grade I took AP History and English. My upcoming senior year I'm taking AP English and History as well as IB Business and Management (DECA). As far as extracurricular activities, I've been playing soccer since I was six years old. I play on a rigorous Academy Reserves team, and travel out of state on numerous of occasions to play in games or tournaments. Time commitment for soccer is on average 6 hours weekly. I've been volunteering at a local park in Kirkland and have a total of 20 hours spent restoring the park. I performed in my high schools annual talent show. I'm an avid hiker and started and became president of an Outdoor hiking club at my school. Thats all that comes to my mind right now... Anyways those are the basics.. I would greatly appreciate it if you could give me your opinion of whether or not you think ill get in to UW. Thank you!

I applied to UW-Seattle last year and I’m going in as a freshman in September, so I’ll tell you my experience of the application process. I think you have a really solid chance if you do better next time on the SAT (somewhere around 1800 - 1850 minimum). Your ECs look good and your academic performance is great as well. However, you have to make connections between your experiences that you gained through your EC and the real world in your personal statement (college essay). You have to make yourself stand out through your essay and everything that you write has to be connected and provide a strong impression of you. Everyone that applies to UW is just as talented as you are academically, the only thing that makes you different is what you do outside of school that others don’t. So please take your time writing your essay and have as many people as possible read it and provide feedback for you. Based on your academic performance and ECs, I think you will be accepted by UW if you write a good application essay. Good luck with your application.
