What are my chances of getting in Umich??

Hi, I honestly appreciate if anyone can help me. I really want to go to University of Michigan in fall 2014, what are my chances?

Here is my situation, basically:
I'm a current international student in community college.
Yes, I will apply as an out-of state student.
I want to go to the school of engineering.
I am working to get all my requirements done, and my general ed. as well.
By the time I finish community college, I would have my associate degree (hopefully, according to my plan).
I would be applying as a junior.
42 credits earned, 14 working on, and about other 40 for the next year.
3.595 GPA.
I graduated from a school in my country, system is different. Rank 2, weighted GPA 90.0 out 100.0. My SAT scores are not that good, but I may take them again (should I?)
Soccer player in high school.
Elementary kid's tutor as a senior.
Extracurricular activities involved mostly learning other languages.
Community service hours in high school, and in college.
Currently doing an internship in a manufacturing company (planning on getting 100-150 hours)
As far as my essays, I am aware they have to be strong, and planning for them to be that way.
I am a female (don't know if that counts)

I'm not sure if it's still early to be stressing about that, but I need to know if I have chances to get into the engineering school in the Industrial Engineering program. I'm always trying to improve my GPA and expecting to do well in the upcoming semesters, as well as getting involve in activities, and community service.
I have other schools in mind, but michigan is my first choice.

Please be as honest as possible. And any tip or advice are very welcomed.

Low chance, because

International (higher standards)

Out of state (higher standards)

Engineering (very competitive)
