What are my chances of getting into a good university as a transfer from cc?

Right now I have a 4.0 gpa in community college, I plan to sustain it. I'm going to PHCC, which from what I have read and seen seems like a pretty good community college. I haven't taken the SAT or ACT because I had to leave high school to get my GED due to serious family and medical issues. I want to major in Anthropology and then go to medical school, but I want to go to a good university. UF is the best in Florida, and I know I could get in as a transfer for sure...but I really don't want to stay in Florida. I'd love to attend:

New York University
Duke University
Wake Forest University
Boston University
or
Georgetown University

I know these are highly selective institutions, but do I have a chance coming from community college with a GED? I looked at the websites and I know they accept GEDs but...I guess I'm just not confident, for good reason.

What are some realistic, yet very good universities I could most likely get into?

Yes you do have a chance. I’m not 100% knowledgeable about the transfer process, but I know people with worse gpa’s than you transferring into really good colleges. Make sure you have strong tst scores and ec’s, and you should be fine (:
