What are my chances of getting into a UC school and UW?

Here are my stats:
Sat- 1150 (very low I know; I have my reasons for it)
Gpa unweighted: 3.6
Gpa weighted: 3.9 (I’ve only taken 4 AP classes; again I have reasons)

ECs;
Boys and girls club volunteer: +170 hrs summer 2017

Works job 20 hrs a week on weekend: 2018-2019 (junior year-senior year)

Attended RYLA (selective leadership camp): 2019

Helped kids garden: 15 hrs, 2019

Key Club President(member 4 yrs), Interact Club treasure (member 4 yrs), HOSA (member 4 yrs), etc…

Completed a few college courses at a community college : intro to bio anthropology, chemistry(passed with As)

I know my SAT score is low, very low compared to some of the students on here.

My Schools:

UC/CSU:
San Diego,
Irvine,
Santa Barbara,
Santa Cruz,
Riverside,
SDSU,
CSUSM

Out of state:
Uni Washington,
Uni North Chapel Hill,
Uni Oregon,
Uni Colorado Boulder,
Uni mass Amherst,
Uni Portland,

I know you can’t predict if I will get in, but realistically what are my chances?

Thank you

CSU/UC capped weighted GPA? https://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/

Intended major?

psychology and English

I can only speak to UW (my alma mater) and Chapel Hill (S19 applied and was accepted there, though not attending). UW favors in-state (only 16% are OOS) and North Carolina law actually limits OOS to something like 17%. They look for top students to fill those OOS numbers. You might have reasons for the low SAT and GPA, but they will likely put you out of the running unless you have some tremendous hook.

Your SAT will impact your chances at the many of the UC’s and a 3.9 Capped weighted UC GPA puts you below the 25th percentile for the majority of these schools.

How does your HS course rigor compare to the rest of the top students at your HS since rigor is also very important to the UC’s?

Your EC’s look good especially working the # of hours you work on the weekends. Are you helping your family with expenses? If so, hopefully you addressed this in one of your personal insight essays.

CSUSM is a Safety.
SDSU is a slight Reach since the average EI for 2019 was 4459 and you are at 4250.

UCR is close to a Match.
UCSC is a High Match.
UCI/UCSB and UCSD will be Reach schools.

I think you need a couple of Match schools and one more Safety in-state unless you have a unlimited budget for college. Sonoma State has a good English program and it would be a Safety school. Cal State Long Beach, Fullerton, Chico, Cal Poly Pomona would be good Match schools.
