I just want to know my chances of getting into a good university.

Read a broad, introductory book about college admissions first to start identifying what kind of 4-year college you want, what major interests you, etc. Check out the book called Admission Matters, for example.

Good GPA shows consistency. Good standardized test scores show intelligence (for admission intents & purposes). You have a decent GPA as of your junior year. Dedicate yourself to improving your GPA. Take the SAT or the ACT and let us know.

For most universities that are realistic with a 3.1, your ECs are just fine. However, before I can set you some target scores, due most likely to a few college recommendations, maybe you should answer some of the following questions:

What major do you intend to study?

Do you prefer small schools or large schools?

Do you have geographical preferences?

Do you require significant financial aid?

There are so many universitys where the accepting GPA ranges and everything varies. I feel like you will definitely be able to get into a 4 year university, but the selectivity of it would be probably low or moderate. you wont have a problem.
