What are my chances of getting into Berkeley, Stanford, and UCLA?

Hello! Is it possible for me to get into UC Berkeley, Stanford, or UCLA? If so, how likely for each of the schools? I am currently a sophomore. Things like my extracurricular activities are listed below:

For next year, I already made Junior Class Historian in ASB. I am also applying for the following positions (idk if I'll make them though):
CSF Board (first choice ICC Rep/Historian)
Interact Board (C.S.C. or Historian)
Interact District Board (Multimedia or Assistant Governor)
Band Council (Historian or Assistant Librarian)
Band Field Leadership (Flute Assistant Section Leader)
RYLA Counselor (maybe)
NHS (National Honor Society...if I even make it...which I probably won't)

I signed up for the following classes for next year:
PE Band
Wind Ensemble
ASB
AP English Language Composition
AP Environmental Science
Spanish 3 Honors
Pre-Calculus

Senior year, if my schedule comes out the way I want, I hope to sign up for:
PE Band
Wind Ensemble
ASB
AP Literature
AP Biology or Anatomy/Physiology Honors
AP Spanish
Stats AP or Calculus AB AP

Also, senior year, I plan on running for the following leadership positions:
CSF Board
Interact Board
Interact District Board
Band Council (hopefully Band President)
Band Field Leadership
ASB (hopefully Senior Class President or Senior Class Historian)
NHS Board (if I even make NHS next year)
RYLA Counselor (if I even make it next year)

I've also had perfect attendance since first grade. How likely is it that I'll get into like Berkeley or Stanford?

Perfect attendance is literally worthless in your college apps. C in chemistry is gonna hurt you. Maybe post all your classes, it’s hard to tell your level of rigor when you post a 4.0 weighted GPA with a C, which should be impossible in most schools.

By the way I’ve never even heard of class historian; being a club member of the month is not worth mentioning;

However you show pretty good leadership trends and a decent dedication to music, maybe if you improve academics to the point where it’s obvious you improve junior year then you’ll have pretty good chances at UCLA and Berkeley. I don’t know about Stanford, I think your C will hurt you and if you get any more C’s or too many B’s next year then I’d say it’d be really hard for you to get in.
