What are my chances of getting into Binghamton?

100+ hours community service
AP Psychology, Honors Precalc, Economics, and English</p>

<p>Should I do Early Action or just apply for regular admission so my GPA gets boosted up a bit?
Also, should I take the December SATs since I was sick while taking the November SATs, making it so I couldn't even think clearly..or would it not really help my chances even if I get over a 1900?</p>
