What are my chances of getting into Boston University, Northeastern, Syracuse, Fordham, Penn State?

Hello all,

So I'm applying to Boston University, Northeastern, Syracuse, Fordham, Penn State as an IB diploma student, where I take 6 IB classes, 3 of which at higher level
This is my predicted-

Psych HL-5
Bio HL-5
Math SL-5
French B SL-7
English A SL-5
about 33 points, plus the TOK and EE points, will add up to 35-36

For those that use the GPA, my weighted GPA is about 4.3-.4
I have a 1880 on the SAT (I know it's low, but it's really hard doing the IB and SAT simultaneously)
640M, 610CR, 630W

I have done service projects all over the world, such as in India, over 50 hours there
Participated in numerous international school basketball tournaments.
I speak fluent French, English and proficient German and Japanese
150 hours of community service (total)
Two nationalities

I am not applying for financial aid (I heard it's harder for those that do so)
I applied for CAS for BU.
What are the requirements/averages for CGS (heard it's so much easier to get into)

Please let me know! :)

All are matches except Syracuse which is a stretch (but possible).

Well your GPA is good weighted, and your test scores a only a little below average but not by much. Your ECs and service activities are good though so id put you ata match for all of those.
