Hi! I’m a high school senior and my dream school is Cornell. I was wondering if any of you could tell me whether you think I’ll get in? I have a 98.73/100 GPA. I’m 1 in a class of 70, and from a really small, very rural school. We don’t have AP’s but I’m going to graduate with 22 dual-enrollment community college credits.
I play 3 varsity sports and am in Student Council (VP), NHS (President), Marching Band, Whiz Quiz, Newspaper, and Yearbook. I got a 770 on reading, 690 on math, and 690 on writing for a total SAT of 2150. I got a 33 on my ACT. I’m white, female, parents are divorced.
I’ve had 3 jobs over my high school career
I’m applying to College of Human Ecology for Human Development
Thank you!
Hmmm, you are right on the cusp–score-wise. What part of the country?
@boolaHI I’m in upstate ny
Hmmm, I would place a fair of my time on making a lucid statement on why Cornell, and what you would add to their academic community (not grades/scores everyone has excellent marks).
This isn’t a bump, just an addition: I got my october sat scores back and I got a 2310, 790 Writing, 750 CR, 770 Math
Stats and ECs look on par! You have a great shot
@shadyconcepts thank you!
