what are my chances of getting into cornell?

So I am trying to get into Cornell University for graduate school. I am currently a high school senior, soon to be attending UC Davis in the fall. I feel the need to prep for grad school, as i didnt really prep for college and ended up not accepted to Cornell for undergrad.
I am entering UC Davis as an undeclared major, but i am 99% sure i am going into Food Science. I would like to one day be in food product development. Seeing that Cornell has one of the top programs, i am trying to go there for my masters.
I would like to know what are my chances of being admitted to the Cornell Grad programs without having gone there for undergrad?
I know a lot of it would be based on undergrad performance, but heres my high school info if it counts:
- I wasnt a top student, but i consider myself above average
-ranked in the top 10% of my class (i was that last percent)
-scored 1740 on SAT, 27 on the ACT
-took AP Lang/comp, APUSH Junior year (scored a 2 and a 3 on AP test)
-AP Calculus AB, AP Physics B, AP Lit Senior year (i currently have B's in calc and physics, and an A in Lit)
-I am currently editor in chief of my schools yearbook
-i volunteered within the community (hospital, town library, elementary school)
-am in a leadership club at school
-part of a town coalition that works with city board/police
-am in the NASA INSPIRE OLC (first year)
-i am Asian (i read somewhere that Asians are disadvantaged in Cornell admissions, as they "tend to have higher scores" or something along those lines...)

Thanks for your help!
