I am a senior in high school and Notre Dame has been my dream school for years. I have a 4 weighted gpa and a 3.5 unweighted. My gpa is good enough to put me at 35/310 in my class. My gpa is a little low but that is because my courses have been very difficult. I heard that course rigor is a big thing that Notre Dame looks for and I have taken almost all of my schools hardest classes, including 6 ap classes. I got a 740 on SAT math, 700 on writing and a 660 on CR. I am in a few clubs, I have done some volunteering, and I am very active in my church. I am also a 2 year member of NHS. Lastly, I am going into my 4th season of varsity ice hockey and also my 3rd season of track. Do I have a shot at getting in or should I not even bother applying?

@bh4199 Apply! You got a great SAT score(the title of this thread says Cornell lol), decent gpa, and your EC’s are alright. I dont think your too off the mark, and have a shot at getting in!

You have a good shot at Notre Dame, maybe not Cornell. I’m assuming you meant Notre Dame on your title.
