I Graduate High School In 2013. I have a 4.1 Weighted and 3.4 Cumulative.Rank-60 out of 560. Top 12 percentile. I want to study Pre-med after High school However And Emory is definitely my top choice. I was wondering How high the acceptance rate was for students applying for Emory Pre-med, and if i have a legit shot. Please Help

you’re gonna want to apply to the oxford college at emory b/c you WILL NOT get into emory with that GPA most likely, especially if your ECs are bad. Oxford college students automatically transfer to emory their junior year and get a degree, look it up. thats your best bet!

What are the differences between the 2 programs?

Right now, you still have time to bring up your gpa and work on building a strong extracurricular hook. Get involved in any research opportunities you can and start planning for your summer before college! See if Emory has a summer program you can do, and make sure that you are taking the hardest courses possible/achieving the best grades you can. Start prepping for SAT if you haven’t, or decide which test you are going to take (SAT/ACT) so you can do the most prep possible. Good luck!
