What are my chances of getting into Georgetown?

I am currently a senior at a Jesuit high school that has a solid relationship with Georgetown. My Cumulative GPA UW is a 3.5, but it has dramatically increased over the course of my high school years: 3.07 Freshmen Year, 3.5 Sophomore Year, 3.8 Junior Year, and projected to get a 3.8 for the first semester of senior year. When I graduate, I will have taken 4 AP's and 4 Honors. My SAT is 1400 on the 1600 scale. I plan to apply as a history major as I have received a 720 on US History SAT II. I am involved in extracurricular activities too such as rowing. Georgetown is my first choice and I have been there twice and plan on going there in January again. I might have a connection too, depending on how that works out. What are my chances of getting in? (I am applying regular decision)

I think you have a 25% chance if not more if you bring your GPA up more, have good recs, and have phenomenal essays or a solid interview.
