I recently got accepted into University of Toronto, does that mean I have a good chance of getting into Mcgill?
I am from the United States. I got a 27 on the ACT, a 3.7 gpa, 4 AP’s, and I even take classes at a university.
I want to go into social work.

You cannot apply to social work as a freshman. If you applied to Arts a 27 ACT is the minimum so you may not hear for a while.
Correct - you will have to apply at the end of your first year in May. Just a word of advice, if you intend on studying social work in Quebec, I advise you to brush up on your French. While French is not technically required, a functional knowledge would make things much easier as we have guest lecturers and the occasional presentation in French, not to mention all the names of the laws/acts/organizations are in French. To be a social worker in Quebec, you are required to pass a French test if you have completed your education outside of Quebec, and did not attend a French school.
