What are my Chances of getting into NCSSM?

Hey Guys! I'm a sophomore in North Carolina who's trying to get into NCSSM. I'm D9 I believe(Charlote Mecklenburg please correct me if I'm wrong).
So last year I took Honors MYP IB English I, Honors IB MYP Earth/Enviromental Science, Honors IB MYP Biology I, Honors IB MYP World History, IB MYP Spanish II, MultiMedia Web design and Honors IB Geometry. I got all As except for Spanish(it was my 3rd language so it was really tough) which I got a B so my unweighted GPA is 3.8750.
This year I'm taking AP Human Geo, Art IB MYP, Honors IB MYP English II, Honors IB MYP Spanish III, Honors IB Civics and Economics, Honors IB MYP Chemistry and Honor IB MYP Physics. So assuming I get all As this year, My GPA should be around 3.95.
For my Extra curriculum activities: I'm a Varsity member of our School's Swim team, Co-Captain(?) of our school's Chinese Club, I'm part of the Speech and Debate team(Still have placed at a tournament but I'll try to), I volunteer our local Cabarrus Chinese School, Spent my summer in my dad's lab(He's a genetics professor at UNCC)
I just took the SATs this past weekend so I don't have my score but basing on how many questions I skipped and my practice questions, I'd say my SAT score is probably around 2200...
So what do you guys think are my chances are getting into NCSSM? My brother who's already graduated from there thinks I've got a good chance. Sadly, he doesn't know about my B in Spanish. I've asked a couple of my friends who are at the school about the B problem and they said not to worry. Does that 1 B really make a considerable difference?
Thanks in advance for the long read!

I think you have a great chance! I know Charlotte is one of the harder places to get in from, but you definitely sound qualified. Don’t worry too much about the B in spanish.

Also, just wondering, are you not taking a math class this year?

I’m also applying - from CD3. Best of luck!

Oh whoops, forgot to mention I was taking IB Math Methods 1. I believe it’s equal to … PreCal.
Good Luck to you too!

I know youuuu :p

Ahaha, oh I am about to die having found this. Be careful Zack, you never know who’s reading. You’ll be fine. One B in a third language? Just explain on the application about it.

Good luck! Your stats look better than mine! I really wouldn’t recommend chancing though! You’ll do fine!

Charlotte looks like it’s in CD 12.

Charlotte has two CDs. Center Charlotte is CD 12, northwest and south Charlotte (+Huntersville) is CD 9.
