I'm really nervous about applying because I'm not so sure what the rest of my competition is.. can I get some feedback? And people who are currently accepted, or even graduated, can you give me some advice concerning what I should improve in order to increase my chances? Thanks!

I don't know much about NCSSM, but it seems like you're a strong applicant. You have high grades, and you're pretty dedicated to running, a long with leadership in other ECs. Take the SAT and I think that'll give you a better idea.
