I don’t want to say anything concrete for your chances, but I did apply EA to U Notre Dame and was accepted.
However, I think my stats are pretty low (at least when I looked on Naviance and compared myself to others in my school that were accepted)
These were my stats.

When I told my guidance counselor I was applying, she told me I would scare the head admissions counselor, whatever that may mean.
According to ND’s website, there is no advantage to applying EA or RD, so I cannot say that helped me or hurts your chances.
Colleges like legacies, especially a top ranked school like Notre Dame, so advantage to you.
I think you have a pretty good chance of getting in, but there are factors like what you intend to major in (ex. the business school is extremely competitive). Colleges do read your essays (one acceptance letter I got back actually mentioned the general CommonApp essay I wrote). As a legacy, I am sure you have visited on an official tour, which colleges like because it shows interest. Where you are from also plays a factor (ND isn’t very popular at my school, but is more popular in the general area, NE Ohio, so that probably would decrease chances. If you were from a less populated area, say anywhere in Montana/Dakotas, it probably would be an advantage for you, as not many apply from those places).
Remember, just because someone with lower academics go in, does not automatically mean admissions for you.
I can’t positively tell you how I got in (because it’s still a shock to me, but I do think I wrote bomb “Risk” and “Why ND” essays), but I wish you the best of luck. It’s not the end of the world if you don’t get in, but if you do, I hope you make the best choice for yourself (Don’t be pressured by your parents. Both of mine went to the same university (not ND), so it has been indoctrination for me since birth. As much as I love where they went, ultimately it’s my choice), whether it’s at Notre Dame or elsewhere.
Good luck on the college admissions process!
anyone know anyone who has gotten in with a 30 act?
If you read other posts yes even below 30 so it’s possible. At least if you wanna believe CC posts.
