Thoughts?

I will have taken 8 AP classes as well. 5 senior year.

I got a 5 on APUSH and AP Calc AB junior year.
I got a 4 on AP Euro my sophomore year.

You have a chance but it is by no means great. You are an average applicant and as long as you apply to a handful of safeties and write good essays, you will be fine. They both are low reaches high matches.

As a general rule, students interested in the Ross School of Business have to apply after their freshman year at Michigan. So you have to apply to another school, like the School of Arts and Science (LS&A) and then apply in the Spring of your freshman year. It is EXTREMELY competitive. You need to have a 3.8 or 3.9 your freshman year to have a shot. And there are several weed out classes that make that goal very tough for many. That said, Ross does have a “pre-admit” program for exceptional freshman candidates that guarantees a spot in the Ross class as a sophmore. You don’t have any Ross classes as a freshman but they have some special orientation type activities for the pre-admits. Needless to say, getting a pre-admit spot is pretty tough.

UMI Ross: High match
NYU Stern: High match
