Well, I fooled around in hs A LOT. I didn't study, do any ec, or anything helpful preparing for my college. Currently, I'm a junior preparing to take my sats which I expect to do well on, if I try hard. What are my chances of applying to NYU (premed)

My gpa is around 3.75 to 3.85 weighted and I'm in honor society, business honor society, and maybe french honor society if they accept me. I'm also taking 2 aps right now (us history and bio) and probably going to take another 3-4 next year. I'm in all honor classes expect MATH. I also did track in hs, but was injured, so I don't know if that will be considered. But I will be doing both winter and spring track full time next year. I'm also in DECA, interact club, french class, and Ambassidor's club and probably cramming more clubs in my senior year. So what are my chances of getting into any of those colleges (honestly, I don't care if you guys are harsh). And if it helps I'm chinese, came from China at the age of 5 and have been working for almost 5 years at my parent's restaurant, and the school consider us poor.

Oh yeah, I'm probably going to volunteer a hospital this summer. I really want to get into nyu, will my chances be higher if i ed?
