What are my chances of getting into NYU?

I was thinking of applying to Steinhardt with an education major because I heard it was one of the easiest schools to get into and then i’ll end up declaring a different major my sophomore year. Would that be alright?

U have a very good chance in my opinion. I’m trying to apply there as well but i’m taking IB Diploma instead. For NYU to consider you with IB Diploma you need to score at least a 35 out of 42 available points. A 35 at the IB Diploma is around a 3.8 GPA, so yeah I think you should have a good chance.

You can get in if you don’t submit your SAT/ACT scores. NYU has alternate-testing options. Read up on those.
