What are my chances of getting into one of my top three schools? BC, Vandy, and Wake

white male from the great state of Connecticut

3.75 unweighted GPA (first quarter senior grades AP History A-, AP Calculus A-, British Literature Honors A)

ideal grade progression

1370 and 2070 on the SAT

15/190 class rank

All honors classes and 3 out of the 5 AP classes my schools has

I am a Wesleyan High School Scholar. Every other day I leave school and take "Principles of Chemistry I" there. I was accepted again for next semester, and I am taking "Principles of Chemistry II" next semester. I just took the final in my PoC I class, and I think I will receive a B+ to A- for a final average.

~40 hours of community service (probably the killer here)

Founder, former president, former vice-president, and current secretary/treasurer of the "Support Our Nation" Club

Founder and vice-president of the Tutoring Club

President and former treasurer of the International Culture Club

Here are the schools...

Boston College
Wake Forest
Vanderbilt

I don't know much about Vanderbilt but I have family members who've gotten into both those schools with lower scores/less ECs than you so I think you have a really good shot.

Chance me back plz

My S has similar stats to yours (with a higher gpa, more APs) and lots of leadership in community service, a couple national awards and a state award. His counselor told him that BC and Wake were close to being a "sure fit" while Vandy was more of a "reasonable reach". We visited all three and he fell in love with Vandy and was just accepted this past week ED! I'm sure applying ED helped because I think it will be MUCH more competitive in RD. I think you are right about the community service time on your post but if you have an excellent essay and recommendations you have a decent shot. Did you take SAT subject tests?- BC requires 2. Good luck.
