Penn State’s architecture program is extremely competitive for admission, and you may know they look strictly at the numbers only - QPA, SAT, and class rank. You will be competing with whoever applies - and the criteria is higher than Penn State main campus admission. It is a great idea that you do their summer program. My daughter was admitted to Syracuse (#2 ranked by Design Intelligence) but not Penn State Architecture. They deferred her to Landscape Architecture, or other majors.
Good luck!

How was your daughter’s GPA and SAT scores?

Some of the other Architecture programs I am looking at are Syracuse, Northeastern, Roger Williams, Drexel, and Temple.

Any ideas???
