What are my chances of getting into Penn State?

<p>I have a 3.7 GPA out of 4.0
I have a 27 ACT score but I took it again to see if I could get a 30.
I go to the #1 School in Pennsylvania.
I am of Asian Background female from a middle class family.
I have good recommendation. </p>

I shadowed doctors and nurses for a week.</p>

High Honor Roll in Junior Year
Award for each rank in tae kwon do, I am now a blue belt.
I got top 10 for the "Healthy Lifestyle" business competition at USciences of Philadelphia. </p>
