Hey everyone! I live in Southern California and I am going into my Junior year. I am very interested in Princeton University and I will be attending a XC camp there later this summer. I am also a legacy (2 generations), my grandfather was a trustee, my great uncle was a sports coach, and my father attended along with my other 2 uncles and aunt.
I’ve taken:
-AP world history
-spanish 2 honors
-english 1 and 2 honors
(I’ve also obviously taken other classes than these but these are my most challenging ones)
I’m planning on taking (during my junior/senior year):
-AP Lang and comp
-AP Modern lit
-AP psychology
-AP US history
GPA- 3.7
I’m also currently taking anatomy at a community college
I am planning on taking the SAT, I took my SAT II for world history and I got a 540/800 ugh (planning on taking SAT II for 2 other subjects)
ECs are:
- Girl Scout for 7 years (working on gold award)
- Varsity Cross country for 2 years (with additional 2 years for 11th and 12th grade)
- track and field
-Lead soloist for my advanced women’s choir - Show Choir National grand champion in FAME New York and FAME Chicago
-I’m competing for Miss Teen CA
-I am Miss Teen (my city but I’m not going to say) 2015
-300 community service hours so far
-Going to achieve 4 year member in CSF (California Scholarship Federation)
-I am also an enrolled Navajo Indian and half African American
