What are my chances of getting into Rutgers Newark/New Brunswick for nursing?

Hi! I’m a junior in high school and one of my dream schools that I’ll be applying to next year is Rutgers. I was supposed to take my SAT in May, June, and August, but because of the pandemic that got pushed back. I will now be taking it in August and the fall dates of my senior year. Do you think I will get accepted based on my predicted stats and extracurriculars?

GPA: 4.0
Predicted SAT Score: 1300-1400
AP US History (junior year)
AP Biology (senior year)
AP Psychology (senior year)
AP Statistics (senior year)
2 years of French
HN Biology, HN Chemistry
Many other honors courses
Multiple Anatomy courses
Key Club
Hospital volunteering
Science Club
HOSA (freshman year)

My class rank is not very good though because I moved after my sophomore year and now I’m at a new school. I think it is top 25-30% (?)…my new school is very competitive.

Also, what else can I do over the summer and in senior year to better my chances?

You have a good chance of admission due to your GPA but don’t be surprised if it’s not NB only because it’s just so selective. Definitely spread out your apps to other direct admit programs like Stockton or some of the private schools. Only go for your BSN avoid any program that only does an associates degree in nursing. Good luck! I work with lots of Blackwood graduates.
