What are my chances of getting into San Diego State University

I'm a junior in high school, just finished first semester about to go into my second semester after Winter Break. I'm expecting to get these or very similar stats by the end of senior year.

Overall GPA: 2.8 unweighted, 3.1 weighted
SAT I: 2000 superscored
Ethnicity: Chinese (unfortunately)
Location: I live in San Diego, California
Community Service Hours: 30 hours
Extracurricular Activities:

I have 2 D's from first semester of junior year, Chemistry Honors and AP Literature, who were really strict teachers. Will I need to retake those for a chance to get in or can I leave it alone? I know my GPA is my weak point but I was hoping the SAT score will be able to boost my chances. I've heard the average GPA at SDSU is 3.6-3.7, so I was wondering if I had a chance at all?

I would like to know if there are any other colleges in state I have a chance to get into that are as good or almost as good as SDSU, although my primary choice is SDSU. Thank you for any informative responses.

are u kiddin me?

SDSU is a CSU and they do not count the writing portion of the SAT I, just the total of your Critical Reading and Math scores. Given your GPA, you would probably need at least a CR+M score of 1200 to be competitive. No human looks at your application at the CSUs, all admissions decisions are made by computers that look only at your GPA and CR+M SAT score. They do not superscore, they do not care about your ECs, or whether the courses you recieved Ds in were Honors or AP classes. The computers had been programmed to give preferential treatment to applicants from their service areas but I have heard that the more selective CSUs like SDSU are not doing this any more. Once the computer has analyzed your application it will automatically generate an acceptance or rejection letter.
