SDSU like all the Cal States (except SLO) use the eligibility index to rank applicants based on their major.
Your EI is (CSU GPA x200) + (ACT x10) which comes out to 970. Since business is highly competitive, you want around a 1000+ EI for the best chances so I would say that your chances are 50/50.
Finance had a 43% acceptance rate last year. Much will depend upon how competitive the in-coming Freshman class will be this year and what will be the major EI cutoff.
I agree that it it’ll be about 50/50. What about ECs and LoRs how did those look? What’s your senior year schedule? How was your essay? Without any of that information it is hard to chance you fully. Best of luck though!

@hssenior27: LOR’s are not accepted and EC’s count for very little. No essays for the Cal States. Admission to the Cal States are based on CSU GPA and test scores.
