What are my chances of getting into these UCs?

Hello, my name is Eric and I am currently a junior in central California!

I am applying to and hope to get into the following Universities of California:

Davis

Berkeley (Kind of a long-shot, I know)

LA

San Diego

Probably apply to Santa Barbara & Irvine & Miscellaneous others as well for backup

My preference is pretty much in order: LA/Davis, SD, Berkeley

My Stats:

Sat: 1700 (Not going to apply using this anyways, if I have time [unlikely] over the summer I might actually study for it and take it in the Fall, but I am much better at the ACT and would rather dedicate my time to that & actual college applications.)

ACT: I just took it a few weeks ago, I got around 28-30 composite score on practice tests I have taken from the official study guide. I plan on studying a lot to make sure I get at least 30 during the summer.
- Reading: About mid 30's
- Math: Middle-High 20's
- English: about 30
- Science: about 30

SAT Subject Tests:
[I took these tests without really studying, I took a practice test on the Collegeboard site, and it is very misleading! I looked through World History because I was going to do that, and it was NOTHING like the test. Most questions were about ancient China/Americas/Middle East lol. Practice test questions were all about Europe and 1500s+ So I was forced to take U.S. History.]

Biology (E) - 720
Literature - 620
U.S. History - 600
(Possibly will take Math 1/2 and Biology (M) in the Fall)

GPA: ~3.8 unweighted, ~4.0-4.1 weighted

AP/Honor's Classes & AP Tests:

AP Euro (Passed AP Test)

AP Biology (Waiting on scores but confident I passed)

AP English (Waiting on scores but confident I passed)

Honor's Chemistry

Honor's Precalculus

Courses taking next (Senior) Year [I heard colleges like to see you are still taking hard classes which is a plus):

AP Calculus A/B

AP Government

[AP?] Physics - Not sure whether my school is having it or not, literally 10 people applied and like 5 got in. At first they said it would be like a "do it on your own" and meet once a week kind of thing (For AP test, not an actual 'course'), but now it might be an actual class, no one knows lol.

English

Forensics

Misc:

I have played on our schools tennis team since my freshmen year, and plan on continuing to my senior year. I have been playing since I was in 7th grade and got to varsity my sophomore year.

That is pretty much it, my E.C.'s are my weak point unfortunately, although I plan on doing community service activities through the summer, mostly because my school requires 40 hours of community service, but it also looks good since I haven't had time due to workload of school + sports to have a real job. I plan to help out at the local library and possibly the police department (I plan on going into Intelligence, so the later may be useful in the future for references).

If there is anything I have forgotten please inform me so that I can add it to the OP, as I may have forgotten about something in the midst of quickly typing this out.

Bump, please?
