What are my chances of getting into these?

Hello,
I'm new to the form and I just wanted to see if anyone here knew how good a shot I have at making it into these selected universities. I am a high school senior.

• University of Saskatchewan
• University of Reno Nevada
• Western Oregon University
• University of Toronto at Scarborough
And
• Florida International University

My SAT scores are 590 in Reading, 400 in Math and 590 in Writing.
I wish to pursue an English major, although I will be taking a lot of science based classes on a track to get into medical school.

My GPA is a 3.69, but will realistically jump to 3.7 or so by the end of this year. (I did badly my Freshman year of high school, but have made very high grades afterwards and that's no exception for this, my last year of high school.)

I will have 2-3 letters of recommendation and haven't really taken any EC's. (Maybe creative writing???) Mainly due to the circumstances of my life. I have an impressively written common college essay including my background story. Anyhow, I know I can't get into Harvard or anything like that, but as for the colleges listed above, I believe they match me pretty well. Thank you.

USK: Safety
UNR: Safety
Western Oregon: Safety
UTSC: Reach (if you can somehow get into UTSC, beware grade deflation)
FIU: Low match/Match

You’re in at all, except UT-Sc.
What’s in state for you?
Indeed, you won’t get any financial aid at all these schools (beyond the $5,500 loan you’re entitled to) unless they’re in state for you. So if you need financial aid we can probably suggest some similar schools for you.
Can you retake the SAT after prepping seriously? (Use number2.com, good, free tutoring with electronic tracking of your progress)
