What are my chances of getting into this college?

I really want to go to UVM (university of Vermont), I want to go into the nursing school there.

I'm a junior in high school, and I just want to know if I'm really far behind in this goal.

I don't know my GPA, but I have my grades and stuff...

Freshman year:
No honors classes.
All were A level classes.
I didn't do extremely well, I got a lot of B's, some A's and maybe about 3 or 4 C's throughout the year.

-I didn't do any extracurricular activities.

-I traveled to New Orleans for Katrina relief work for a week during april vacation.

Sophomore Year:
1 honors class: Spanish
The rest A level classes.
I got mostly A's and B's, maybe 3 or 4 C's.

-extra curricular activities: Mock Trial, Spring Track.

-I did some community service.

Junior Year (so far)
2 Honors classes: English and Art.
the rest A level classes.

I'm getting all A's and B's, one C+ so far though. in chemistry.

-Extracurricular activities: Best Buddies club, Arts and crafts club, the talent show, going to do spring track.

I also met the grade requirements to get into national honors society, but I didn't have the requirements for extracurricular activities. But next year i will have those requirements, but it may not be in time for college applications.

Senior year (i just did my course selection sheet for my senior year, does this sound good? if not, it's not too late to change it)

2 honors, 1 AP class.
the rest A level classes.

I may be taking honors latin next year, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to get into it with the way my schedule works, and if not then i'm going to take honors desktop publishing. My other honors class that i'm taking is English. The AP class is economics.

I obviously don't know my grades yet.

For extracurricular activities i'm planning on doing arts and crafts, best buddies, and spring track.

i don't know if this will help at all for college, but, i'll just list anything else that i do.
I am a volunteer at the green mountain conservation camp as a junior counselor during the summer.

I sponsor a child through world vision.

I sometimes go to soup kitchens and volunteer.
I have no idea what will help at all for admission, so if those would help let me know!

thanks

Molloy, most of the kids I know of who got into UVM had grades somewhere in your range as they were in the National Honor Society . I don't know what their SATS/ACT scores were though. I would continue with your activities and volunteer work from this year. Start studying for the SAT/ACT and take them a few times. You may do better on one than the other. Good luck!
