What are my chances of getting into UC Berkeley/UCLA?

Be completely honest. I am out-of-state.

My profile:
-3.84 Unweighted GPA
-4.25 Weighted GPA
-11 AP classes completed by the end of senior year

ACT: 34
SAT: 2150

Extra Curriculars:
-President and Founder of Spanish Club 2 Years
-Marching Band for 4 years
-ASB Vice President 2 Years
-National Honor Society 2 Years
-Tri M Music Honor Society 2 Years
-Swimming 3 Years
-Track 2 Years
-500 Volunteer Hospital Hours
-200 Elementary Tutoring Hours

Do I even have a shot?

You definitely have a chance - a good one at that. Your extracurricular activities are a bit lacking, but may be enough for UCLA and definitely good enough to give you a decent chance at UCB. Good luck!

UCLA: Match
Berkeley: Match

Can you pay full-freight at either?

Those schools can not really be called a “match” for many people as they often face numerous good applicants. The unfortunate thing is that the original poster does not have excellent extracurricular activities - which may significantly reduce his chances.

Asking for financial aid is a kiss of death as an out-of-stater for UCs… hence why I was asking for whether the OP could pay full freight or not.

The average out-of-stater at an UC has a file like this so I wouldn’t count the OP out…

Match for UCLA and high match for UCB. High reach for cost. ;)
