What are my chances of getting into UC Berkeley

Hello, I am a senior in high school and UC Berkeley is one of my top choices. I have a 3.8 weighted gpa, will have taken 7 AP classes by the time I graduate (3 this year) and honors in everything else, I am the captain of my varsity hockey team which Ive been on for three years now, competed to make the Junior Olympic team for ski racing when I was a freshman (chose academics instead), 4 years of varsity tennis (have lettered in first 3), founder and president of my schools Green Team, over 150 hours of community service abroad (in Thailand and Laos) and around 100 locally, I write for the local paper (I have published 6 articles to date, with more to come) and write for the school paper (I have published more than 20 articles since my freshman year), I won an award from my city for promoting greener practices, and I work at a local vegetarian cafe + my job writing for the paper. Also, I got a 27 on my ACT and am taking the SAT in a couple weeks. Im also applying to Colorado College, Whitman College, and Lewis & Clark College. Thanks in advance for any insight on my chances of getting into Berkeley!
