What are my chances of getting into UCD, UCSB, or UCSC?

This is my very first time on this site, but I've been following some threads ever since I sent out my UC app and I figured it wouldn't hurt to give it a shot. I'm a nervous wreck, lol. But please give me some HONEST feedback with HONEST stats, because it would suck if I absorb wrong information and carry it with me for the next 3 stressful months.

So; I'm currently a senior and I've always known that I wanted to attend a UC (preferably a good one, haha). But high school definitely wasn't the best experience.
