I am a junior in high school and I think that I have a 2.96 unweighted and a 3.03 weighted GPA so far. I have also been apart of NCL (which is a volunteer organization) since middle school as well as I am doing an AI coding Camp over the summer(it was supposed to be at Stanford but it will be online now due to COVID-19). I haven’t had the opportunity to take the SAT due to COVID-19 but I did take about 30-40 practice tests and an SAT boot camp and I am averaging at about 1300 so far. I’m not sure if any of that will help with my application but I was wondering what my chances were of getting into UC Riverside, UC Santa Cruz, UC Irvine, and or UC Merced with these stats. I am interested in majoring in either Computer Science or Accounting and Finance if that has any influence.
What is your UC weighted capped GPA?
Calculate with https://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/ .
It needs to be at least 3.0 for California residents (3.4 for non residents) to be eligible for UC admission.
However, if your recalculated GPA is in the 3.00-3.39 range, you should consider UCM a high match at best, and the others reaches. CS will be a more competitive major as well. it is really unlikely you will make it into any of the UCs with a GPA in the 3.0 range.

Most of the CSUs are going to be open to you. Take a look at SF, Sac, Chico, Sonoma as viable options.
Attending a CC for a couple of years, then transferring to a UC is certainly an option.
Apply broadly and good luck.
