What are my chances of getting into UCSB

I really want to go to UCSB and I was wondering what my chances are.
My 10-12 GPA is 3.71 weighted. My secondary school record is fairly rigorous. I took English 10 H my sophomore year, and AP US History and AP English 11 my junior year along with other rigorous courses which weren't AP or honor. My senior year I'm signed up for AP US History, AP Japanese V and AP English 12 among other classes.

I received a total of 17 A's, 8 B's and 1 C+ (in my AP) from 10-11, some of which were plus or minus. I'm kinda nervous because I did bad my freshman year because my father passed away and as a result I showed no interest in school and my grades suffered (which is also why I couldn't sign up for that many honors my sophomore year).

I got a 1700 on my SAT my first time because I didn't study but I plan on studying over the summer and doing better when I take it the second time. In addition, I'm a California resident from Los Angeles, am in the top 30% of my class and I have several extracurricular activities, including volunteering at Veterans Administration for a total of 100 hours and I'm currently volunteering at the Boys and Girls Club where I tutor young kids. I'm a member of the National Society of High School Scholars and the California Scholarship Federation. What do you think my chances are? I really want to go! It's my dream school.
