What are my chances of getting into UIUC?

I have narrowed down my college list and it all came down to UIUC. The only problem is that I don’t think my chances of getting in are high enough. I consider my gpa is lower than the core of the earth (around 3.2), my SAT is not that greatest (1250), and there is not much I can do at this point since I am going into my senior year. On the other side, I could get my SAT, and maybe ACT, to a higher score in order to compensate for my low gpa ; I moved to the US before my freshman year, not knowing a word in English, and ended up taking multiple Accelerated classes and AP classes ; been part of the football team since my sophomore year and went from not even knowing to rules to actually varsity games ; and I have also been part of a program meant to lead the incoming freshman, recently being selected as part of the Executive Board. I am not sure what I want to major in since I am playing on taking pre-dental classes, and picking a major that would support these requirements can be harsh. But I want to hear some opinions on what my chances are of getting in ? And for the people that go/went to UIUC, what was the campus-life like ?

Hi. Graduated senior here ( ). UIUC is, from my understanding, the best and most selective UI, so it might be a challenge for anybody, including you. Their average ACT is a 28, which is around 1320 on the SAT, and their average GPA is a 3.7, so a 1250/3.2 combo isn’t exactly competitive.
HOWEVER, as someone with extenuating circumstances, I belive that if you stressed your status as an immigrant and English not being your mother language in your essays, you could get in. It’s impressive for any immigrant to do well in a new country and have to learn a new tongue! Although, I would recommend that you try to improve your SAT to a 1400 to really stand out.
Also, are you in state? I know that some public schools are reluctant to accept those out of state.

Yes, I am in state and my older brother is, also, going to the same school. Thank you for replying btw, I really appreciate it !
