What are my chances of getting into UIUC's Engineering program?

So right now I'm a junior in high school, and my dream is to pursue an engineering degree at UIUC.

I go to a private college prep school in central Arkansas.

GPA: 3.97
Class rank: 7/180 (Top 4%)
ACT: 34 Composite
- Math: 33
- Reading: 34
- English: 36
- Science: 34

My sophomore PSAT score was a 215, I plan to make National Merit this year.
I will be taking the SAT in October, expect to score in the 2200s - 2300s

My school is a bit weird in that we don't technically have AP classes, but the advanced classes are given the opportunity to take AP tests in May. That said, I will be taking AP English Lit., AP Chem, and AP US History.

Extracurriculars:
- 1st Chair reed player in Concert Band and Jazz Band
- All Region/All State Band Member
- Editor/Writer for the School Newspaper
- Administrator of the Online School Newspaper
- Math tutor
- Member of the Mayor's Youth Council
- Many hours of community volunteer work

Awards:
- Honor Roll for all semesters
- 3rd place at a writing competition at the state level
- Musician of the Year Award

Any advice on what I can to do maximize my chances of attending UIUC Engineering?

Which engineering major? UIUC admits directly into specific major. You should be a high match for most except for CS.
