What are my chances of getting into University of Houston (UofH) chemical engineering?

So for some context I am currently a senior in the top 17% at my high school out of about 650 students in my class. If it wasn’t for my slacking off and freshman and sophomore year that would have been much higher. (weighted GPA of 109 last year). I’ve only taken pre-ap, dual credit and AP classes throughout high school and this year is no different, through early October my grades are:
AP Calculus BC (88)
AP Physics C (98)
AP English IV (95)
AP Microeconomics first semester and AP Gov second semester (93)
My test scores are fairly competitive:
SAT score of 1440 (700 Critical Reading 740 Math)
I don’t have many extra curriculars (volunteered at swim meets, played basketball freshman and sophomore year) listed on my application however during the summer I work 40 hours a week lifeguarding and 15 during the school year so I already have some things on my plate. I was wondering what my chances were of getting into the chemical engineering program at UofH? I have confidence that I can handle the coursework however I’m aware that my class rank and lack of extracurriculars besides lifeguarding is definitely a hinderance to my chances.

youll get in

From my knowledge you should get in. My husband has a Masters in Chem E from there!
