What are my chances of getting into University of Maryland? (low sat scores and gpa)

What are my chances of getting into University of Maryland, College Park? I figured that college confidential may be the most convenient way to find out the answer to this question prior to getting my acceptance or rejection letter. I'll give you some information about my high school career!

Family Background:
I am an African-American high school senior who REALLY wants to attend the University of Maryland. As you can see, my user name is even "terpwannabe11"! I live in Maryland so I am an in state applicant. My parents are Nigerian and our family is not financially stable. We live in a violent neighborhood, therefore I am forced to attend a bad high school. My dad earned a PhD at Howard University however, he was unable to get a job with his degree so he currently sells shoes. My mother is a nurse. Their annual income is 36, 257 and I have one older sibling currently in college and a 15 year old brother. Will my family background increase my chances of getting in?

High School Grades:
Cumulative Weighted: 3.79
Cumulative Unweighted: 3.75 (I know my grades fail)
Freshman year: 3.77
Sophomore year: 3.22
Junior year:4.00
I took pretty rigorous courses. Honors and AP courses from my freshman year to my senior year. AP's include, AP English 11, AP World History, AP Literature 12, AP Caluclus 12, and AP Chemistry 12. My scores on these ap tests were horrible.

SAT Test Scores:
600 Critical Reading
550 Math
600 Writing

University of Maryland only looks at math and critical reading scores so my sat score for them would be a whopping 1150.
( I know my sat scores are as bad as my grades especially for UMD but according to collegeboard, I actually scored higher than 99% of my high school's graduating class from last year. I'm not trying to make excuses for my bad score but would this help me out?)

Extra-Curriculars include:
Math Club (President: Grade 12)
Bio-Medical Club (Secretary: Grade 11, Treasurer: Grade 12)
Bio-Medical Club Newsletter Chair (Grades 11 and 12)
International Studies Program (Grades 9, 10, 11, and 12)
University of Maryland Excel Scholars Program (University of Maryland students assist students at my high school who excel in their academics. We receive help with homework assignments, particularly homework assignments dealing with math and science)
Environmental Action Group (Vice-President: Grade 12)
National Honor Society (Grades 10, 11, and 12)
Greenwood School Day Care Volunteer (Summer volunteer)
Literacy Cares (Grades 11 and 12) (I read to young children who struggle with english in an inner-city elementary school)
Washington Adventist Hospital Volunteer (Summer volunteer)

Rank:
18 out of 544 students
