I agree that nothing in the profile stands out. Penn rejects tons of valedictorian class presidents every year. You would need to do something like founding a new dance troupe that gained recognition in your community, or (as IndianSuperman) mentioned win national dance competitions to make your application stand out.
@kellylovestoread You SAT score will hurt you a bit but overall decent chance. Would not be surprised with either a positive or negative outcome. Applying ED will increase your chances a bit, but only do so if you are sure Penn is your first choice.
