What are my chances of getting into UT Austin CS Turing Scholar Program?

I am a current junior who is interested in applying to the UT Austin CS program and want to know what my chances of being a Turing Scholar are. I am an Indian (Not native american) Male if that matters.

SAT 1: Reading: 710
Math: 800
Writing: 710

SAT II: Math 2: 800
Chemistry: 790

ECs: Varsity Tennis
Member of Schools Science Bowl Team
Student Council Class Officer/Mu Alpha Theta Officer
National Honors Society

Classes: AP Computer Science, AP Calculus AB/BC, AP Chemistry, AP Biology, AP Environmental Science, AP Statistics, AP Language and Composition, AP Physics B&C, AP Psychology

I am also probably going to do a math minor, would that be useful or is there a better minor?
