I’m currently a senior in high school and I live in Seattle. My cumulative GPA is around a 3.1 and I just retook the SAT and predict I got around a 1200 (out of 1600). I volunteer at an elementary school library but don’t have many real extracurriculars besides that, other than hobbies such as drawing and painting. I am in honors British and World Literature. Do I have a good chance at getting into UW Bothell?
UW Bothell admits 80% of applicants, and the average GPA is 3.28. Your 3.1 GPA is probably in the middle of the range, since 45% of the incoming class had a GPA of 3.0 or lower.

The primary reasons to be rejected are:
(a) not meeting CADRs or otherwise not ready for your desired major
(b) your desired program filled up - they are rolling admissions so it helps to apply early
You’ll probably get in!
