You’re right, Penn State is very expensive, especially OOS - COA is $45,000 and typically you only get $5,500 in loans, so go ask your parents if they have $39,000 X4 in a college fund for you. IF not, rejoice you got in, consider that it’s no longer on the table, and look at your other choices.
